I understand your concern. Children may sometimes struggle with following instructions, managing emotions or expressing themselves appropriately. Crying, screaming and hitting can be signs that a child is having difficulty coping, rather than simply misbehaving. Try to observe what triggers these behaviours and speak with his teacher to understand the pattern. Please consider an assessment with a child psychologist or developmental paediatrician to understand what might be contributing to these difficulties. Meanwhile, give simple instructions, maintain consistent routines and appreciate small improvements rather than focusing only on mistakes. Early support can help him develop better emotional regulation and social skills. Consult once on nine two six six seven two six zero six five

A sudden change in behaviour of a child is not random. You should consult a psychiatrist if the child is medically normal, ie; if the child has no fever, epilepsy or any other medical problems. The sooner you get in touch with someone the better it will be for the child.
Next Steps
Meet a psychiatrist nearby offline, if not possible book an online session.
Health Tips
Don't go to any quack or non medico for a solution.
