Hey doc ,
I have been feeling severe headaches for over 2 months now. I have been feeling uneasiness and anxiety for more than 2 years. Initially I tried talking to my close friends and they told it's just me overthinking.
But over time , this feeling has not gone it has just more deteriorated. I had suicidal thoughts quite frequently though I never acted on them. I am unable to concentrate and focus. Sleeping also has become very difficult. I wake up till 3 or 4 a.m. somedays crying ..somedays feeling worried or anxious. My energy levels has drop down significantly and I have lost interest in things once I used to enjoy to do. I don't know if I am suffering from mental health problems or why am I feeling like this. I have hard time socializing and mostly for 2 years now try to keep myself away from Friends , cancel plans or don't pick up calls. To talk and express anyone what I am feeling feels like a herculean task and I am unable to.
Should I seek professional help ?

Symptoms more than 2 years with significant loss of interest in daily activities, suicidal thoughts and deteriorating quality of life..you should start antidepressants after consulting psychiatrist..get online consultation done asap..
