Hi
What you are experiencing can happen after prolonged emotional trauma. Trauma can affect the way we think, feel, trust, connect with others, and respond to everyday situations. Feeling okay at times and then suddenly experiencing deep sadness, loneliness, or loss of motivation may indicate that the emotional impact of what happened is still unresolved.
Please don’t ignore these feelings or blame yourself for them. Healing from trauma is possible, but it often requires processing the experience in a safe and supportive space. Talking to a psychologist can help you understand your emotional patterns and gradually rebuild emotional strength and motivation.
If your sadness becomes overwhelming or you have thoughts of harming yourself, please seek immediate professional or emergency support.

I’m sorry you have been experiencing this. Prolonged sadness, lack of motivation, and loneliness following a traumatic experience can significantly affect one’s daily functioning. A detailed psychiatric evaluation is recommended to understand the concerns and provide appropriate treatment, which may include psychotherapy and/or medication. Please consider seeking professional help for timely support and recovery.
