I  am unable to  remember some thing, Weak memory.please provide me medicine for improving memory power.

Hi Doctors Please note I'm being hyperactive for past 2-3 years in work, personal as well which makes me more anxious,anger and stressed with even overthinking Please let me know the reason and to overcome it.

I had undergone a stressful condition 2 days back. I physically harmed myself (it's not the first time). I am not able to speak at all after that. I have not been talking to my family or to anyone who talks to me. Most of the time I am alone in my room and I tired to make myself speak few words but nothing came out. If I try hard, I start feeling very anxious, body temperature increases, I feel some pressure in my head as well. Could you please help me understand this situation better.

I have been diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed Concerta 18mg. It works like magic and I have been using it for 2 months now. The problem is that the doc insists that I consult every month (not cheap) before he writes prescription for another 30 days. Is this standard? The medicines itself are expensive and on top of that monthly Dr fees. I understand if i need to check-in every 3-6 months..

Some kind of fear in mind...not able to understand things properly...not able to work...afraid while going outside...

Actually I am having anxiety and palpitations since last 10 years.i am very much health conscious person .I am always having fear about my health.if I am having headaches I thought it may brain hemorrhage if any chest pain I am start thing about cardiac problems. I am taking medicine for psychological reasons that is Newcita10mg daily at night.i am having severe acidity issues. Actually yesterday what happens my blood pressure increased n it was 150 by 110 then I have taken pudin hara and after 10 mins it was 125 by 90. Usually my bp is 120 by 80.so since yesterday I m start thinking why my bp increased did I get heart attack or what so I am tensed about it. I used 2 do exercise also but not regularly. Now since last week I am doing static cycling also for 20 mins. Plese suggests me what to do.
