I think I have adhd and anxiety, my therapists also feels this is the probable cause. I have been looking into adhd since and I read about adhd affecting physical growth of an individual. I'm 23 but I look around 14. It feels like I never actually got to grow with age. Even if I consider bad nutrition as one cause, still looking 14 at 23 is not totally justified by nutrition alone. I wanted to know if adhd could be the reason and if fmri or any other test can confirm and solve the physical development. This causes me a lot of insecurities. Please also let me know your experience with adhd patients as I'm also looking for doctors alongwith an answer to this question would be very helpful.
