I m in deep trouble . I feel there is someone else acting inside me on my behalf and i am overseeing as third person . It is real . This thing intensifies when I face mirror or isolation .

After a past choking incident I have become very afraid to eat food since I keep on thinking about being choked again. I have developed great fear of eating and my appetite has reduced. I feel like there's something stuck in my throat. I get super anxious while when I have to eat. Pls suggest!

My dr prescribed me lithosun sr and rexipra 20mg and nitrosun 10mg at night. Due to crisis in couple, my dr prescribed me lithosun sr at night becoz of low mood but in the morning , i am in the same low mood. So my question is that should i have lithousun sr in the morning also (two times a day) or should i have rexipra in the morning instead of night?kindly reply.
