I m going through a very difficult time i dnt know what it is but I feel like being alone when I m with people I dnt like all the noises voices.. and I get angry very easily and when something goes against my will I feel like ending things... I even feel like not living sometimes please help

It has been long since I get the feeling that I feel in the middle of conversation that I have been interactive with the other person but only to be told that I am not at all responding. I feel my sub consciousness takes over and it starts giving responses on my behalf. Also while asleep if I get hurt in my dream I feel physical pain that breaks my sleep and I wake up... I usually find myself in deep thoughts only to be awakened by an avg push.. Kindly help

Hi ! I have been diagnosed with anxiety neurosis. I have been affected by it from past year. I have been given dosage of Sertraline 50 mg for 4 weeks by doctor on online consultation. I am seeing calmness. But there is still alot of restless, improper sleep, attention issues , flashbacks, obsessive doubts and also little sweating on palms and pain in joints. My question is in general...how much time will it take for sertraline to clear off effcts .. 4months...6 months ...plz guide me as per ur experience. Thankyou.
