My grand mother is 85 years old. These days she is fogetting stuff. She will wake up in the middle of the night and says that she needs lunch as it is already mid day. She keeps shouting our names day and night for no reason. when we go and ask what happened, she gives all foolish reasons. My family members could not sleep at all. Our neighbours started complaining. We tried logically explaining. She says that she understands, but she continues to shout/scream. We don't know what to do. Also her hearing is only partial and she has a habit of smoking tobacco. Kindly help me in understanding the problem and let me know if there is any medical evaluation required.

I would like to know if Tab. Petril Beta 10 is supposed to be taken on a regular basis or can i take it when i experience an anxiety attack.

Dear sir, I used antidepressants 20 days after that  I am facing unknown problems like REM Sleep Behavior disorder or Sleep terrors. In EEG test it showing epilepsy. It's happening in 1 month only. Next month EEG normal and MRI normal. Is  Antidepressants will cuase RBD, fits, Sleep terrors.

I am going through too much anxiety and other issues that i cannot surely say what they are but I am too uncomfortable to talk over a video call. Can someone suggest a way to talk about it through texts?

While talking to other people I often misunderstand them or wrongly interpret their questions / response then they have to clarify and explain that thing simply. In contrast while I say something or explain something mostly I overcomplicate things and say unrelated things. To which they loose interest talking to me and just ignore me.
