Hello i am smoking weed from last 4 years daily . I want to quit now but i fear withdrawl symptoms. How can i manage withdrawl symptoms . Please help really want to quit now. Please suggest how to manage withdrawl symptoms.

Hi 28f having 2 years old baby boy .Me and my husband have difficult marriage we always fight he hits me daily I will shout at him morning night my kid is fearing a lot .I always take my kid out so that he forgets all these but still I am worried bcz it must be affecting him how should I tolerate myself and not fight in front of him.Will the baby forget all these?fights and physical violence?I also have been in a difficult childhood my parents used to always fight that affected me alot but they also used to fight rarely but me and my husband on daily basis ...Will my baby forget as he is only 2 years old but he fears a lot and a lot even if a plate falls or even if me and my husband sit together when we are not fighting also
