Hi doctor, I am suffering from hypochondria anxieties from last 4 year and only fear of cancer disease. I have developed this fear just by reading google and while helping cancer paitent. There is no incident of cancer in my family. I have started my psychiatry treatment 8 month and started taking peroxitine and cloeanz and oleanz. Now I am taking peroxitine 37.5 mg and oleanz sometime 2.5mg. I feel normal till medicine work but again start fearing after sometime. I check my body for lumps whole days, watch my stool for any blood, measure my temp for any fever increase, measure my weight 10 times day. I am getting mad day by day. I am just 32 , recently married. It is affecting my life. I am verge of taking some wrong step. Please advise how to stop fear of dying from cancer. I realy need help. Just dnt treat as question of stranger for god sake .. please suggest as on frnd...really need help...crying while writting this

Dear sir/Mam I am experiencing a problem,when someone especially my relatives are falsely blaming me though I am not doing anything wrong to them,I am unable to control myself.During that time I am experiencing a fast heart beat and shivering in me.I am crying and shouting at them that I am not the one for which you are blaming.instead I am doing everything for their well-being.But they are in a state of insecurity and feeling that I may leave them behind,so they are accusing me even though I am not doing anything wrong.Due to this situation I am facing a severe anxiety in myself,I am shouting and crying loudly during this time..and I am also experiencing a little pain in my heart..I want to control my emotion especially during this situations.kindly guide me.. Because of this I am getting distant from my loved ones.Kindly help me in getting over this issue.

Hello doctors! I am suffering from sleeplessness for long time. I recently made an online consultation and I was prescribed Mirtaz 15MG with Meloset. I am getting good sleeo but I have gained 2 KG or more weight in one month after starting this medicine.This is really disgusting.  I am an active professional and I take healthy balanced diet but still I am gaining weight. I tried to reach out the doctor but she is not available. Is this weight gain inevitable? Can you suggest an alternative or a medicine for augmentation to counter weight gain? Kindly put some insights in this matter for my understanding, Do not ask for consultation directly. I will definitely consult you, if I feel like. I cannot figure out whats going on. Please advise.🙏

My mother 58 years old is chronic schizophrenic from 25 years , ect was done 25 years ago ..now she initially respond to each antipsychotic with lowest dose  but she can't sustain it after 3-4 months even with the highest dose of that particular antipsychotic ...we have tried resperidon , olanzapine , amisulpride , haloperidol , clozapine with max dose and even the cocktail of all these drug .. initially she responded to each single drug with lowest dose but overtime she does not respond to that drug or we can say she can't sustain the efficacy of any antipsychotic in long time (4-8 month max) ...we can't go for ECT as she is old ...why it is happening ? What this phenomenon is called ? What should be our next approach ? Can we investigate into any synaptic tissue damage ? It is not that she doesn't respond to any antipsychotic but she simply can't sustain in long run even after increasing the dose...

I am student of class 12 . I was covid positive 5 months before . After 2 months my sgpt and sgot increases and then it gradually decreases an physician told me it was due to post covid . Then I faced Parosmia till now I am suffering from it . Since 1 month I am facing problem like abnormal movements of muscle a neurologist told me it was due to anxiety even now I too facing it and can hear my pulse at many places and can feel my heart sound when I am sleeping ... I am preparing for neet and this all lead me to depression ..pls suggest me what to do ...😭😭😭😭
