From a few days I've been a bit stressed about some things but then I started having this feeling of emptiness which was not very bad for two days. Last night I had a full blown anxiety feeling where I just kept feeling that nothing is going to be right and then I also had some trembling in the legs which lasted half an hour. This has left me worried and confused. What should be done

I feel a lot of anxiety and depression every month 4-5 days before my menstruation starts. I am a mother of 1 yr old and I manage my baby along with my full time work. I recently stopped giving breast milk to my baby as my lactation almost reduced to zero. Please help me as this is causing sever mood swings in me.

I am hardly sleeping now days, very tensed over family disputes. I feel weak and doesn't feel hungry most of the times. Work is also stressful, can't concentrate at times. Feel low, need any meds that help

My boyfriend is depressed and is constantly angry with me , or upset. We both are broke and cannot afford consultation rn , but I have an exam coming up , and I am unable to study because of all this.

I am on paroxetine 37.5 cr but generalized anxiety disorder is not overcome and overthing of illness depressed me what should I do

I'm worried if I've any disease. As sometimes I forget incident that taken place few times back. I  fell hesitate to start a telephonic conversation with persons. And if if o do, I can't concentrate  and feels like my mind is not present there. Im blank all the time. I can't concentrate. The promise I make easily forget the next day. Due to this my life is getting mess. I can't speak to the point. I get very emotional too. I sometime have to check something for twice to make sure. Bt I remember where i keep things.

Used to take Clonazepam 0.5mg. After tapering it down for 1 month my doctor told me to stop taking clonazepam. I was off of the clonazepam for 7 days, however yesterday I could not resist the withdrawal symptoms, based on my doctor's permission I took 0.125 mg of clonazepam. Should I have to experience the withdrawal symptoms from the beginning ??

Am Suffering with Depression Anxiety Symptoms...As per My symptoms Doctor Prescribed Daxid 50mg, Zapiz 0.5 mg,Pravonol SR 40 mg...For 20 days...Is these r good medicines for Mental health..?And How many days to use this Medicine to show Effect?plss let me know
