I sometimes fear that some violence will occur and I am not strong enough to protect my loved ones from external threats of the world

I am facing very high chronic headache daily from a week, causing me not to focus my task and very high pain in sleeping. Lines in front of my eyes, movable vision, extra sensitivity towards straight line object, while watching it my eyes automatically move like it. Making blacky vision and pain in eyes. What I do? I don't know what happened to me?

I  am unable to  remember some thing, Weak memory.please provide me medicine for improving memory power.

I had undergone a stressful condition 2 days back. I physically harmed myself (it's not the first time). I am not able to speak at all after that. I have not been talking to my family or to anyone who talks to me. Most of the time I am alone in my room and I tired to make myself speak few words but nothing came out. I have been diagnosed with ADHD and prescribed Concerta 18mg. It works like magic and I have been using it for 2 months now. The problem is that the doc insists that I consult every month (not cheap) before he writes prescription for another 30 days. Is this standard? The medicines itself are expensive and on top of that monthly Dr fees. I understand if i need to check-in every 3-6 months..
