Hi! Right now I am feeling drowsy because I take 1 tablet of clonazepam. However most of the time I feel like I can't catch my breath and it's very difficult to breath to the point that I always gasp. I can't sleep well either, it's already 4 to 5 am and I still can't get sleep. I was given double dosage of fluoxetine before but I don't take that meds no more without doctors advice. I've been like this for almost a month now please help me.

Last year i felt heart palpitation.. it repeated 2-3 times again. I checked with 3-4 cardiologist and every report were came normal.. Is this anxiety or anything else? If yes, why happened to me.

Snri and ssri are not working for me only esticoplram worked for me plus clonzapam . I have on this medicine from last 3 years . Now it stopped working also .are there more antidepressants available with guranteed and fast results . If yes can someone please suggest me any.

Snri and ssri I have taking from the last 4 years. Only escitoplam suits me . Not it is also not working. Is there any antidepressants other then ssri and snri . If there is ok please suggest me ?

Hlo! I am suffering from ocd... fear of tovhing anything which has dirt and oil.. Today I changed my bed- covering it wid new bed sheet but then I realised it must have been contaminated with germs as it was washed by the maid weeks ago n she must have kept it inside the almirah with dirty hands.. I avoid touching anything which my maid touches..After hit with this realisation my ocd has got triggered badly. I am feeling uneasy, nausea,,, my throat has become dry n choked.. I am feeling very down n upset I feel like I have ruined all the efforts I have been doing since months to avoid ocd exposure I am regretting it badly as I shud have washed it again.. Plz tell me what to do? As my health is getting worse wid every minute. I may end up harming myself

I think I might be suffering from OCD. I have had problems since I was 12 yrs old but didn't pay much attention. Some of  them are like (repeating words and sentences constantly, checking doors and documents upto a point where I become completely exhausted and delirious, even checking over and over). After all this I have managed myself through ERP. Perhaps it got worse from lockdown. My current compulsions  are constantly checking petrol meter and speedometer, checking door many times while I'm bathing and my biggest problem is that I DON'T BELIEVE WHAT I SEE...like for example, I'm watching a LIVE match but I would doubt it. "Is it really live?" "Am I watching repeat telecast?" This is absolutely crazy because it's written live on television. This might sound stupid but I suffer a lot and get very anxious and my compulsions drive me crazy. Somedays I'm okay, somedays are terrible. I became normal in the midst of last year but it has come back again to haunt me. What should I do?

I have been taking antidepressants for last two months 1st month - patinex 12.5mg 2nd month - patinex ls during 1st month, after 25 days I had missed tablets for 4-5 days and had few withdrawal symptoms, so contacted my doctor again and he prescribed me patinex LS for 1 more month saying he is gradually reducing the dosage. but now after I stopped taking patinex tablet I see more sever withdrawal symptoms is this expected (since I was on antidepressant for last 2 months now). should I seek help from my doctor.
