Uncontrollable sadness urge to cry
I'm a banker at a leading bank in India. I've been under a lot of stress since the past 6 months. I've been having trouble managing emotions. I have the urge to smash things, scream and cry even for trivial things like minor disagreements with family etc. I've not been able to divert myself onto working out or paint like I used to do before. I feel sad every morning to go to work and I contemplate on taking a leave every single morning. I'm feeling trapped inside a loop of monotonous routine and I can't get out of it. It would be nice if I could get some suggestions as to how to manage stress and break the loop.

Kindly consider reaching out to a psychologist for therapy that can help you deal with your concern. Learning to deal with difficult emotions instead of suppressing them is a healthier way forward.
