I m 25 yrs female and a dental intern going through lot of stres due to mds entrace exam ani internship extension i m not able to sleep since 2-3 days always feel so anxious and nuasiatic not able to concentrate no sleep which anti anxiety or anti stress pill should I take tried changing environment going out but nothing worked plz. Don't ask to.consult personally as I can't afford the consultation fees hope to get medication prescribed

I am 23 I have been having sleep problems from last 2-3 months. Sometimes I get very good sleep, sometimes not at all. It's irregular to say the least. I haven't sleep for more 4 hours every night for last 4 night. Yesterday I didn't sleep in the night at all, despite my best efforts and exhaustion. What should I do ? Have tried sleep cleanliness too but problem is getting worse ? I am a anxious person but currently pretty calm (since last month). I may /may not have depression. Not taking any medication

Please confirm how to overcome and manage Work related stress on Day to day basis. Still working from home getting lot of phone calls and internal calls through teams. Unable to manage will it lead to serious illnesses?? please advise

My aunt is suffering from Anxiety disorder for last 3 years. She was feeling anxious and nervousness throughout a day with lot of negative thoughts.And also lot of physical symptoms like body shaking ,body aches , chest pain. All the heart related tests were normal How to overcome it and can it be cured or this will be for life long also will it affect heat due to anxiety.
