I am hypochondriac since 4 years But I stopped my medicine recently Before few days, I saw a dead man in early morning, after this I feel pain habd, shoulder, back Is this du to anxiety Pls give me some suggestions

My mind seems not in senses. Not it in its place..due to which i am not able to think properly...how it will cure...i am taking antidepressants also

Many life mistakes had led me into deep useless thoughts in which most of the times I cannot control my mood swings or the sucidal thoughts and have been very low in life where everytime I just can think of just ending it once for all.

When i am a kid  at school i used to be very smart,but yesterday when i met my school friends after 12 years i remember their siblings friend's names too .But from past few years i couldn't remember routes even though i used the route for 1 year ,if someone ask me i couldn't tell them properly, and when i am talking something i forget the point,when i want to learn i had to revise many times even though i can't figure it out ,i used to be too good at math,now i had to take  a calculator even though i feel wrong about the calculation....why .what happened to me,is it curable???

Each and every time talking like unusual things and not trust to anyone and he did not take a complete sleep at night and have some fear to his family members

I have religious OCD and certain intrusive unwanted pops up in my mind out of nowhere no matter what i am doing or where i am. I don't want these thoughts to come and have done everything to suppress these disrespectful explicit unwanted disturbing thoughts. These intrusive negative disrespectful thoughts come in my mind all the time, every minute and it makes me feel guilty, mentally disturbed and gives me immense anxiety attacks everyday as i am doing wrong things in the thoughts. My guilt is eating me everyday. It's been almost one year i am suffering from this religious OCD. How can I treat my mental condition?

Dear Sir, It had been now more than 2 weeks since I have slept at night. When I lay down my head to sleep, I get endless thoughts. Even I try my best to divert my mind but then another thought catches up. I have some anxiety issues also. But taking no medication for the same. My friend is taking psychatric treatment for about 5 years he is taking respirodone 2 mg..he is alright now but still he feels to stop the medication, but when he stops he is sleepless..can you pls provide a solution to stop this tablet..he is very depressed taking this drug and he is planning to get married and has to start his married life without tablet..pls help him with a solution...stop this respirodone
