Should I consult to a psychiatrist who is a professor and head of psychiatry department in XYZ medical college?Or I should consult other doctor?Please help me to understand the difference between professor and HOD of psychiatry department and a normal MBBS,MD doctor.

Hello Kindly offer the past 9-10 month i feel some day good and some days bad. Somedays when i feel bad suddenly my heart is beating very fast,.lose control, dry.mouth and feeling am.dying. sometimes it last for 1 hour and sometimes 20 min less or more. Some anxiety and fear comes to my.mind that am dying or need emergency. I died over 5-6 ecg and normal, 2 eco s and its normal. Currently am on concor cor 1.25 mg feel better than before but not perfect.

Yesterday , I missed one dose of Fluoxetine 20mg which i took daily in the morning.I took my dose today but still i m feeling nausea right now.

I m very moody at times. Sometimes I feel so confident that people start calling me overconfident and on the other hand sometimes I feel so underconfident that I my heart beat rises and I feel very anxious. I have many anger management issues. I frequently fight with everyone and suddenly I start being at good terms with everyone too. I had left my home last year for a week because I felt so depressed staying in the same room whole day and I love being in my room whole day at times. My grandfather and uncles too have bipolar disorder and since its genetic I doubt I have it too because I don't understand why I behave the way I do at times.

I have difficulty in comprehension. When someone is explaining me something I can't understand it because my mind is not able to think hard enough. And its affecting me severely. what's the solution to this problem.
