Love Marriage - intercaste marriage. Love problem start for marriage _ parents against  - 2012 Got married -Love marriage - Against parents _2016. (Without knowing) No proper financial support from my husband no job always he go for 6 months and leaving due health or mine external pressure.   Husband's family  accepted in the year 2018 and  they not supporting finicially because no baby for us. He is the only one son for them and 2 more daughters both are got married even they elder then my husband. In mine family still not accepted, in the year 2019 mine father passed away and I have 2 bothers both are elders and they settled their life. I have visited to a psychiatrist who is the professor and head of psychiatry department in XYZ medical college.He also has the degree of FIAPP,FAPA(USA).He is also a senior consultant and has an experience of approx 30 years.Does, it is good to eat medicines prescribe by that doctor pr else I should visit other doctor?

I am 33 years old male and have been taking sertraline 10 mg for anxiety and panic attacks from past 4 years. We have a kid of 5 years old. Now we are trying for second baby with no luck. Does sertraline cause any effect on male fertility? Or does it cause any birth defects to the baby? How long should I stop the medicine if we are trying for the baby?
