Hello doctor,my sister-in-law is a bipolar disorder patient.She stays in Sodepur and needs mental councelling.Rightnow she is undergoing treatment but for we need her proper counseling without medicines  as she is already under medication.So pls let me know the top councelling centers  within Sodepur where councelling is done without medicine.

Hi , was diagnosed with varicocele in 2018 i had issues with it like pain and swelling but over time it recovered a lot but my mind got affected due to the pain and obsessive thinking about the future . Right now I am suffering with complexitites ,anxiety and stress sometimes . My mind is what bothers me i have forget about happiness neither i like anything to do also i do not feel confident to speak with anyone neither with my friends and also my brothers .

I am on palido OD. One day i felt completely normal but continued to take me the medicine after taking the medicine I feel confused again? Does this mean I can stop taking my medicine now, do i still take medicine if i feel normal again?

He had spinning sensation in head, when he moved his head from up to down He is suffering from cold.

HELLO SIR/MAM Around 4 months ago i simply check my blood pressure which shows reading of 150/90.i scared and feared whole night and not slept 2 hours also and than i went to physician he gave me ciplar 40 , seranace 0.25 which are anxiety medicine and this medicine not worked again i went to another physician he replaced seranace 0.25 to etizolam 0.25 i experience some little better sleep but this medicine never healed my health and my reports like ECG,RENAL DOPPLAR AND LIPID PROFILE ARE NORMAL and im still struggling to get sleep from last 4-5 months please help me to get rid of this situation im very scared feels anxious every night wiyh racing thoughts in mind. I want to get back my normal life please help 🙏 THANKS 😊
