Sometimes I feel ultra lows and I'm also unable to explain this to someone else because I myself wasn't able to understand me. Why I am having this kind of feeling. I want to share some problems with my father my mother but find myself unable to do so. Sometimes I want to go outside for a little walk and the next moment I just want to lay down in my bed, cover my face with blanket and take a nap hoping that when I woke up all my problems my stupid thoughts just vanish away. Can you guys please help me, I just wanted to be free from all this situation!

My son 4 years old has recently been diagnosed as PDD Pervasive Development Disorder & as Mild Autistic. He is not under any medication currently. Few days ago started occupational therapy. Since birth he had erratic sleep pattern, he is awake for whole night & he sleeps only at daytime at a stretch of 7 to 8 hours. He also take a nap of 2 hrs at anytime. How to fix this issue with medication or by any other method? Kindly suggest

My grand mother is 85 years old. These days she is fogetting stuff. She will wake up in the middle of the night and says that she needs lunch as it is already mid day. She keeps shouting our names day and night for no reason. when we go and ask what happened, she gives all foolish reasons. My family members could not sleep at all. Our neighbours started complaining. We tried logically explaining. She says that she understands, but she continues to shout/scream. We don't know what to do. Also her hearing is only partial and she has a habit of smoking tobacco. Kindly help me in understanding the problem and let me know if there is any medical evaluation required.

Dear sir, I used antidepressants 20 days after that  I am facing unknown problems like REM Sleep Behavior disorder or Sleep terrors. In EEG test it showing epilepsy. It's happening in 1 month only. Next month EEG normal and MRI normal. Is  Antidepressants will cuase RBD, fits, Sleep terrors.
