From past few days I'm getting intrusive and disturbing thoughts which doesn't get off my head and I don't know why. They keep on coming again and again. I feel like not going anywhere and staying in my room to fight those thoughts but at the same time I understand that keeping them on is not in my hands I just need to give them a title and feel like it's common to have. What would be the solution for this

How to deal with brain damage. I have been taken medicine for more than 4 years. For 2.5 years for  psychosis, sleeping pills, Parkinson's, dimentia. For 1.5 years for schizophrenia. I preparing for exams I can't remember what I have learnt.please,help

I have a problem that i cant talk to people, i can talk to few words with strangers, but if i know that person or the other person know me i cant talk...i get scared. These days its increasing a lot. I am afraid of the word teachers, i was afraid of my school teachers when i was in school. I thought it would subside when i grow up...but it grew a lot. Now i cant even talk to my seniors. And in my profession i need to talk. I tried my making myself i am ok, but everyday the fear is increasing. The people around me get distance from me after they know me, they tell me that i am full of negative vibes and even my family members are telling that i am not up to my age. Please i need help, i can't continue living a worthless life, everyday is hard for me. Plz, i need help, i want to change myself in good way. Please help me or guide me.

Hello I was having an anxiety and panic problem. My dr prescribed me nexito plus. I am Fully recovered now. My dr told me to tapper of the medicine. I was taking half pill for 1 month. Now he said to Stop it. I hope it won't cause any issue an half tab is the tapering dose of nexito plus.

I am taking 37.5 MG venlafaxine for depression on doctor recommendation every night for last 4 days. I am not able to sleep properly due to sudden changes in heart rate, hallucinations, Nausea, dizziness and sometimes loss of breath. The side effects remain till next day afternoon. Is this expected?

Secondary postpartum haemorrage happened with me after my delivery at the day of 20th from delivery date..doctor found everything normal..but i am not feeling mentally fit..please help to cone out from this tragedy..
