I am 28 year old I have been suffering with anixety from 1 year first I used medication for 3 months I quit for 6 months I was fine after 6 months I got panic attacks again and found out I have vertigo too I was on medication of clonazep wen I get panic and nexito forte and vertin 16 and etizolem proponol for 3 months my husband suggedted now these days I slowly stopped taking those medicines for 2 weeks I was good  from past one week i was feeling head spinning and headache and wrist pain and jaw pain neck pain all i dont know why last week I got panic attack again and I took clonazep and nexito forte I was confused should I have to use those medications or is it okay to quit those medicines and try to calm myself.these pains are making me stress again

Hello sir I am suffering from anxiety and hypertension .doctor prescribed me amlopres 10 in morning at 8 am and escitalopram 10mg after breakfast .also prescribed paroaxitine 12.5 at bed time. Can I take two different SSRI in a day.please suggest

As I don't focus on single work and take other task also inattentive to another person talk in simple discussions not focused on what they say Simple daily work not organised Kindly suggest

My doctor MD psychiatry PGI doctor gave olazapine it removed all postive and negative symptom. But cause severe ocd. Why my doctor did not gave another medication which had less chance of ocd. I m not doubting him i m boundless curious student

I exercised for the first time. After completing it I felt so strange like disconnected from reality. Then I felt everyone strange, Am not able recognize myself in mirror. I felt lost interest in things which I love to do. I felt am disconnected from everyone and everything. I felt like I have no emotion and it made me to feel anxious. Then I Google my feeling it showed depersonalization and derealization. Am facing it for past 4 months. Please doctor someone help me with this . Is this curable?. Am not able to live my life like before.

Hi, recently something very strange happened to me. I was sitting in front of our door and was trimming my nails while thinking in my mind, then it started raining and I didn't even realized that it's raining outside and I have to bring the clothes. only when my dad came and went to get clothes passing me only then I realized it was raining. It was so strange, I think I'm very absent minded what could be the reason?

Can fluoxetine cause dry eyes? I am having dry eyes since i am taking this medicine.Is it because of medicine.Should i stop it and check?

I am a working woman. I have many problems due to my family. Physically and mentally i am not well. I cannot trust others, because all are depend me only for money not for love and care. I have one good friend and guide..  Now, we  breakup our friendship. But i cannot forget our past memories. I lost my work concentration, sleeping, happiness, self respect. I feel lonely and i hate myself. In many times i try to suicide attempt. How to recover and relief our past memories? Already i was consultant a pshyciatristic. But i am not recovered. Please give me a solution. Thank you
