I have been facing lot of stress due to gastritis issue since 3 months, now im facing loss of appetite, nausea always,anxiety and worried too much about it and not interested in any daily activities, im i facing depression ,should i consult psychiatrist?

I was taking LIBOTRYP and lonazep for anxiety, sleep disorder, morning vomiting, migraine. all other issues were under control except ibsd so my gastroenterologist prescribed Libotryp ds. I consulted psychiatrist he prescribed amitriptyline 25mg.. ibs d is under control but with side effects like Drowsiness and erectile dysfunction. kindly advise. i have consulted online so after 1month i will be able to contact him. kindly advise

I have been having very distressing thoughts lately. For past six months, I feel like something is going to happen to my brother. I can't move past this thought. I cry every time this thought comes to my mind. I feel like this will become true since I'm always thinking.. It's like a premonition or something. I'm scared whenever he goes out or travel. I can't sleep at night. My heart races whenever this thought comes to my mind. I'm struggling. Please help.

I have been taking LIBOTRYP DS for ibs diarrhea since last 5months but no relief. sometimes it works and sometime doesn't. one day i go to toilet for 2/3 times and other day i go for 1time only. took probiotic and antibiotics in the past as per gastroenterologist suggestion but that didn't work. dietary changes also made but no relief. I guesa no solution or treatment is available for ibs diarrhea.

Hi. I had fever and cough on January 9th. I had severe eye pain and headache. I'm not able to sleep from that day. I feel tired, but I can't sleep. I'm diagnosed with corona now. I haven't slept for 9 days. Kindly help.
