Anxiety after medication
I have a severe anxiety problem... my doctor has given me pari 10mg twice and qutan 25 half bedtime... but after taking medicine my anxiety has increased... is this normal

It is normal for anxiety to increase the first couple of days but then it subsides. If it’s still persistent. Please consult your doctor.

Stop qutan. Take petril beta 10mg Bid.

Its sometimes normal for symptoms to exacerbate after starting medicine for initial few days.. It will subside within a week.. If it persists longer than that. Consult your Psychiatrist
To manage your anxiety
Practice deep breathing exercises
Also, Consult with therapist for CBT.
