I have very inconsistent relationship with a guy which is hurting me alot and effecting my mental health its like I put my worth in the attention of the guy and seek validation and him being emotionally unavailable is making me more clingy can you help me break my toxic cycle

Breaking a trauma bond can feel insurmountable at times. Its often a relationship that feels draining, crazymaking, or outright toxic. There’s a part of you that knows the relationship is unhealthy and wreaking havoc on your mental health, but the idea of leaving is terrifying. Maybe leaving even seems impossible because you’ve tried many times to no avail.
But it can be worked on
We need to identify patterns leading to this and change them so you can have a healthier relationship with yourself and others
