For the last one last week, I have to lie in bed for atleast 2 to 3 hrs before falling asleep. I have no particular reason for not being able to sleep. I have no anxiety or tensions of any sort and therefore it is quite frustrating. Should I try any medication?

By taking up new challenges in the job creating huge stress and sleeplessness and also am an over thinker. Too much of thinking while sleeping creating problems in my day to day life and am feeling insecure.

Hello sir, I was prescribed anti-psychotic medication after my admission in mental institution. I did not mind being put on anti psychotic, i had panic disorder. I read through online and saw counselling is important. After counselling for a few sessions my panic disorder has resolved. Now i think i am having reactions with the anti psychotic. Can I stop them now?

I take 80 mg fluoxetine in a day. But result not increase what can I do for my this problem sometimes came suicidal thoughts
