Postpartum haemorrrage
Secondary postpartum haemorrage happened with me after my delivery at the day of 20th from delivery date..doctor found everything normal..but i am not feeling mentally fit..please help to cone out from this tragedy..

Greetings Pregnancy and delivery is very mind boggling in itself. We can understand the stress you have been through. There would be reason your doctor said everything is normal for now. To get assurance be open to ask them all your doubts so that it's convincing to you that you are mentally fit too. Also try some relaxation techniques like deep breathing or JPMR to calm yourself.
Next Steps
If you don't feel better in few days kindly consult a psychiatrist for better management as detailed evaluation is required
