Receiving long term therapy can help you in dealing with your concerns in a better manner. Introversion is a personality trait and hence is different from anxiety which is a feeling being experienced around specific thoughts. These thoughts largely depend on how you perceive and interpret your surroundings.
Counselling can help you develop a deeper level understanding of your thoughts and help you feel empowered to deal with them in a healthy way.
Book a session with a psychologist to take this forward.
