Can health anxiety causes symptoms
Hello sir/mam
I want to ask that is it possible that health anxiety can cause symptoms.
Because i was reading something about bowel habits and abdominal cramping and then there is mentioned Something about colon cancer. And before that i don't even know that this type of cancer exists. And then i googled about it.(worst mistake)
And suddenly now what is mentioned in that article about symptoms i can feel all of them. Like abdominal cramping and change in bowel habits loss of appetite.
Please help how can i over come this anxiety.

It's called illness Anxiety, consult Psychiatrist and get treated,u will be better
