I feel my own heartbeat
I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down.till i sleep.my ecg is normal..my heart rate is 72bpm..cardiologists said it is due to anxiety..what is treatment now..pls guide me

Feeling ur own heartbeat alone will not be sufficient to make a diagnosis..  Ur symptoms need to be evaluated in detail.. They can be treated accordingly..

Anxiety ( unknown fear, uneasiness etc symptoms ) occurs due to neurochemical imbalance . These symptoms are more common in your age group ( 20 to 35 yrs). It includes palpitation ( being aware of own heartbeat, wet palm soles, trouble in  falling a sleep , uneasiness , shortness of breath , tightness in chest , dry mouth etc As u described your cardiac profile sounds normal so in your case these symptoms are because of anxiety ( psycholigical stress )

practice deep breathing note down your symptoms in a diary book in clinic consultation for detailed evaluation and further treatment
