Chronic tension headache
I have bipolar mania getting chronic tension headache daily I can't use antidepressants since it worsens the mania
Currently I am on lithium and risperidone how can I manage my tension headache..

Dear sir since u r already on lithium which is a mood stablizer u can take anti depressants. No need to worry. Only thing is we should ensure u r taking lithium at adequate dosage.

Absolutely no need to worry ,first the headache needs detailed assessment and to find the apt treatment options not all headaches require antidepressants and if needed also it can be given under the cover of tab lithium
