Feeling of own heartbeat
I feel my own heartbeat when i am laying down..heart rate is 72 bpm..ecg is normal..other symptoms 1. I feel my pulse in my foot palm and i think back of my head 2. When i try to sleep i get sudden jerk in left shoulder or chest or stomach sometime 3. I am easily get scared by any sudden sound when i am laying down and try to sleep 4. I try to sleep at 11pm but i get a sleep at 2 3 pm after that there is no problem 4..sometime i feel single strong heartbeat that shake my whole body

Dear sir Symptoms described points towards anxiety disorder. In anxiety disorder one get hypersensitive to all stimulus in environment and leads to hyper alert state. Symptoms are .. Getting frustrated on minor things Palpitation ( being aware of own heartbeats) Muscle twitching Pain in back , chest etc Tremlousness

* practice deep breathing * try to avoid stimulants like coffee , tobacco * take meals on time * sleep on time and try get sufficient amount of sleep * write down all symptoms for detailed evaluation and further treatment book in clinic / online consulation
