Fast Heartbeat During Conversations
I want to mention one more thing: when I talk to receptionist women, HR professionals, or other professional women, my only symptom is that my heartbeat becomes very fast. My hands and legs do not shake, and I do not have any other physical symptoms. Only my heart rate increases a lot, and because of this I feel that people may notice it and judge me as being nervous or afraid. Please tell me what condition or problem this could be. I do not have money for a paid consultation right now and I need your help. I request you to please guide me out of kindness and humanity. Your support would mean a lot to me.

Hi. From what you’ve described, it sounds most consistent with social anxiety. Your main symptom seems to be a racing heartbeat, along with the fear that others will notice it and judge you. This can create a cycle where worrying about your heartbeat makes it beat even faster. Try reminding yourself: “A fast heartbeat is a normal anxiety response. It doesn’t mean I’m weak, and most people won’t notice it.” Stay in the conversation instead of avoiding it this helps your brain learn that the situation is safe. Take therapy. This describes an isolated rapid heartbeat and fear of judgment specifically when interacting with professional women. This pattern strongly resembles Social Anxiety Disorder, specific situational phobia, or performance-related anxiety.
