Hi there, A detailed medical and psychiatric history is always needed for every patient. Also is of importance is the detailed mental status examination. In your case, I would recommend an ECG and some of the lab investigations like Thyroid profile to rule out some of the medical illnesses. Do go for Yoga relaxation exercises.
