You have a problem of "Public Speaking". Usually it happens when there is lack of self confidence and self esteem.
Next Steps
The best thing to do is to enroll in a Public speaking workshop or course and get trained to understand what makes you not confident and nervous. Was there ever a moment in your life when you spoke in front of a crowd and things went bad? You could also talk to a counsellor about it.
Health Tips
It is not something to worry about. A personality development course will help get more clarity on this.
