If you have normal oxygen saturation you r good to go. You can go to your family doctor to rule out heart related stressors.  Cut back on tea coffee and alcohol. Do breathing  exercises. You can contact a psychiatrist if in doubt.

Shortness of breath could be a symptom of both asthma & anxiety but anxiety disorder is a cluster of symptoms like difficulty concentrating, racing thoughts or unwanted thoughts , excessive worrying, fatigue, palpitations, excessive sweating. Please visit a physician to rule out cause of breathlessness if investigations are normal we could safely say it is just psychogenic (from the mind) then a psychiatrist would be more helpful.
Next Steps
Please visit physician
Health Tips

Hi Shortness of breath is our body's way to take in more oxygen. This happens when your Lungs are not able to give body oxygen under normal breathing. Asthma causes narrowing of wind pipe, so less oxygen is supplied to lungs for body's use. This is seen in oxygen saturation which drops during asthma attack. In anxiety, Your brain is preparing for increased oxygen use as a part of fight or flight response. So shortness of breath. So in nutshell, is saturation is normal with shortness of breath, then it means anxiety... Hope this is helpful
