Hello practo user I can understand the situation that you have found yourself in . Unable to control anger and the outburst can cause interpersonal relationship issues . You can try and practice backward counting from 100-1 when you feel you are getting angry , try and move out of the situation if possible before reacting. Go for regular exercise as it helps vent out the frustration . Practice deep breathing and meditation daily as it can help reduce the intensity of the anger . Try and wash your face with cold water if you can.  Also reflect back if the anger was needed and how things could have been handled . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist who will aid you with positive and healthy coping skills and strategies which will be beneficial for you . You can also reach out to me through the practo app for any further help or guidance.
