You need to Consult with a psychiatrist and find the cause of your anger. It could be because of impulsivity or some underlying mood disorder which I only can diagnose on detailed evaluation.
You should start counseling therapy session , if symptoms are severe, medicine might be required . Please don't delay treatment as such incidents can leave a bad memory with your child and can have long lasting effect.
Anger can be a symptom of many psychiatric disorders but most commonly seen in Depression. You were not always like this so something has changed that is causing these symptoms. Best to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist.
