Dear sir, your issue shows an underlying anger management problem or low self esteem. You need to see a psychiatrist who will diagnose and treat the underlying issue. You may need to see a marital therapist and a psychologist if your psychiatrist recommends the same.

Hello there, managing anger can be extremely difficult in times of stress. Although it is significantly important to address the underlying issues for this change in your behavior( for which you would need psychiatric help); it would certainly help to learn some effective ways of regulating anger so as to prevent the current state of affairs from further worsening.
Next Steps
amongst general anger management techniques; engaging in regular exercise, practicing some simple meditation(pranayaam), maintaing good sleeping & eating habits, staying away from drugs and finding some free time for yourself would help. amongst specific techniques; strategies like time out (taking a break during an altercation, leaving the situation temporarily) delaying responses (counting backwards from 100 etc) might help.
Health Tips
howsoever, do know that this would only help in symptomatic control and for treating this difficulty, you would need thorough evaluation and proper guidance to be aware of the underlying issues and ways & means of conquering them. so, kindly consult a psychiatrist or psychotherapist as soon as possible. good luck!
