Nervousness and anxiety
I have problem of nervousness and anxiety while I deliver talk. My voice gets choked and tensed. And if I try to speak out my breath and voice both gets tensed.

Hello practo user I can understand your concerns regarding your overall well being. It seems that you have had a previous negative experience while talking to others or on stage . You can try and practice in the mirror on a daily basis or even have a trusted friend or family member first listen to your speeches and conversations. Try and practice deep breathing and meditation as it helps relax the mind and also help you to be more calm . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an overall evaluation of your case history and formulation of a personalized treatment plan through regular counseling sessions. Hi You might be having performance anxiety, It's very common. Nothing to worry, with very few sessions & least dose of medicine ( if required) you can get better.
Next Steps
plz visit a psychiatrist or psychologist only if you got distressed because of your symptoms otherwise not required.

whenever you have a talk you can shift your focus, so that it will give you some relief, don't take caffeinated drinks especially on the day of your talk, drink adequate amount of water, join some aerobics or swimming. all the best, thank you.

Hi Sir Thanks for seeking help. This is performance Anxiety. Which can be easily managed. Just take inderla 10 before going for performance. Regular practice of JPMR and do regular exercise, and yoga .
