If you are suffering from depression for few days it's not a disorder. Similarly having anxiety and anxiety disorders are two different things. So don't worry. It's just because of some stressful situations at present. It will pass. Just eat and sleep well. Accept that you are not feeling well and tell yourself it will also pass just like a cloudy day. This will make u feel better
