Feeling Nervous and unnecessary fear
Hi, I am feeling Nervous and unnecessary fear which leads to stress. Sometimes I feel normal and many times in a day i feel kind of anxious. I don't know if it is normal or i have any medical issue. Usually i talk less and think too much. Also I feel insecure about my job for no reason. I want to talk more, I want to quickly make friends and feel relaxed. Please help!!
