Hi, I appreciate that you reached out with your concern.
To manage anxiety,
Seek help from a therapist and consider techniques like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and medications. Tailored strategies to your specific needs with professional psychologist will help you.
Meanwhile you may practice grounding exercise, deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, and Progressive muscle relaxation.
Maintain a balanced diet, exercise regularly, and prioritize adequate sleep.
We are having webinar on Anger management on 4th April (Online), where we will teach various techniques to management anger.

Health Tips
Daily do Progressive muscle relaxation techniques to calm yourself.
What you’re experiencing is a chronic cycle of health anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and unprocessed anger, likely intensified by long-term stress since COVID. Your mind and body are stuck in “fight or flight,” causing palpitations, chest pain, and daily crying. The anger you feel toward others is a response to internal distress and a need for control in a world that feels unsafe.
To heal, we’ll work on:
1. Cognitive restructuring – change how you interpret others’ behavior.
2. Anger replacement techniques – grounding, breathing, distraction, and journaling before reacting.
3. Exposure therapy for anxiety triggers.
4. Self-soothing skills – daily routines to calm your nervous system (like mindfulness, walking, music).
5. Therapy – to unlearn these patterns and feel emotionally safe again.
