Hi
you’re going through a deep emotional storm, and the pain of attachment and withdrawal is weighing heavily on your mind and body. What you’re describing panic attacks, self-harm urges, emotional dependency, and loss of focus are signs that your nervous system is overwhelmed by the trauma of inconsistency and emotional neglect. The silent treatment can feel like emotional abandonment, and that’s why your mind keeps looping around him. But this is also your wake-up call: to bring the focus back to healing, rebuilding boundaries, and restoring your old self not by ignoring your emotions, but by understanding and managing them with structured psychological tools.
Therapy can help you regulate this emotional dependency, reprogram anxious attachment patterns, and slowly realign your focus toward your exam and purpose. You don’t have to fight this battle alone or let your self-worth depend on someone’s behavior. Healing is possible, and it begins the moment you choose to take care of your mind again. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.
It sounds like you’ve been carrying a deep emotional burden for the last few months. When someone important suddenly becomes distant, it can shake your sense of security and focus. The anxiety, panic, and self-blame you’re feeling are your mind’s response to emotional shock, not weakness. You’re not alone in this, and your pain is valid. Healing begins when you turn the same energy you gave to that person inward, toward self-care and rebuilding your inner balance. With the right professional help, you can regain your old clarity, confidence, and peace.
Next Steps
Reach out to a qualified psychologist for emotional support and structured therapy. Working with a specialist like Dr. Harriey (India’s No.1 Innovative Psychologist) can help you break emotional dependency, manage panic attacks, and rebuild mental strength before your exams.
Health Tips
Avoid isolating yourself, talk to someone you trust whenever you feel overwhelmed. If thoughts of self-harm arise, seek immediate help from a counselor or emergency helpline. Healing takes time, but with the right guidance, your focus and calm can return stronger than before.
Sorry to hear that. Interpersonal stress can lead to mood and cognitive difficulties. It can also exacerbate unhelpful coping mechanisms like self harm. Talking about it in therapy or medication can be helpful in managing them.
