I have anxiety and stress. All my report are normal.I am taking paxidep 12.5 as per doctor suggested. Can you recommend any vitamin tablet and syrup which helps to control nervous system which causing anxiety and Stress. I am not thinking much but automatically it's happening stress and anxiety related health. Could you please confirm is there any chemical in balance or due to neuro weakness getting stress and anxiety, when I am working in office and attend any office metting automatically happening stress. Some symptoms like chest pain, stress and worry about related health however all my report are normal. Kindly suggest or comment here . based on that , i will consult doctor here.
