Is this anxiety or something serious
Since lockdown I have been having some anxiety and panic disorders. Although Im recovered to 70% sometimes I feel Im getting some weird sensation which is almost making me to feel Im gonna die. This happens only when Im in rest and not when Im working out or in intense activities. I later found its something like ectopic beats. Im having gastric, acidity and sinus issues as well. Don't know which is contributing this, but almost I feel so exhausted sometimes.

Do you have any history of trauma related to lockdown or covid? If positive, that can be a reason for the problem. Also, during lockdown, uncertainty hitted all of us and many people are suffering from these till date. Please consult psychologist with all the history, here or anywhere you want and I think that will be helpful for you.

I hope you have the physical check-ups done and are taking treatment. However, the signs do indicate fears and anxiety. Our mind and body are connected; fear and worry increase the stress that can impact or trigger digestive, respiratory, or other physical illnesses.
Next Steps
I suggest that you continue the medical treatment with your doctor, but to deal with your fears and stress, start seeing a psychologist for psychotherapy(talk therapy).
Health Tips
Remember, our mental health is just as important (if not more) than our physical health, and ongoing stress can harm both physical health and overall quality of life. All the best.
