Hello madam!
I can only assume what you’re going through., What you’re are undergoing not just anxiety. It transformed from anxiety to panic attacks. It will get serious, If you neglect your symptoms. And the medication you have prescribed are basic doses and u must use maximum doses to get desired effect
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist as soon as Possible and gets initiated non-pharmacological therapy along with medication
Health Tips
Practice JPMR technique and distraction techniques
I understand this feels extremely overwhelming right now. Anxiety can make thoughts like “something will happen to me” feel very real, but these are anxiety thoughts, not predictions.
Along with medication, I would strongly suggest starting therapy to work on the overthinking, fear, low mood and constant feeling of being unsafe. With the right support, these symptoms can become much more manageable.
You can connect with me for therapy and we can work on this together.
