Anxiety or low blood pressure?
I am feeling a little dizzy, feeling faint. I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety lately but I do not know if the dizziness I am feeling now is related to anxiety or if it could be a sign of low blood pressure. Is there any way I can tell before seeing a doctor?

Hello, It could be anxiety. To be sure it isn’t low bp, take electrolytes or salt-sugar water, and eat well, and avoid skipping meals. If that makes you feel better, there is probably nothing to worry about. Visit a specialist for your anxiety, if symptoms still persist.
