Hello, Thanks for reaching out!
The symptoms you're describing- sudden dizziness, brief electric-shock-like sensations, and a beeping sound in the ears (possible tinnitus)- could be related to:
a. Side effects or withdrawal/discontinuation symptoms of antidepressants
b. Possible serotonergic overload if medications are being adjusted
c. Ear-related issues like labyrinthitis or vestibular dysfunction
d. Or even rare neurological reactions
These are not to be ignored and may need urgent review of your current prescription.
Next Steps
-Do not stop or change the medication on your own.
-Visit your prescribing psychiatrist as soon as possible to assess for side effects, serotonin-related symptoms, or dosage issues.

Hi I understand your concern,
The symptoms you're describing—dizziness, beeping in ears, and shock-like sensations—could be side effects of medication or withdrawal. Please do not stop any medication abruptly. I recommend a clinical review with your psychiatrist urgently. If needed, I can help with emotional support and therapy during this phase.
