I don't know should I consult a psychologist or psychiatrist for my symptoms- chronic feeling of sadness, anxiety, crying outbursts, feeling of giving up on life, well mostly anxious, i feel worse when i wake up from naps, so i don't do many things i'm mostly sleeping to avoid feeling, please suggest
