Bipolar iii + anxiety disorder
I am 2022 passout mbbs doctor. Can anyone tell me what should I do, I have had very difficult life, since childhood I have had severe social anxiety spent whole life as a lonely person. I took treatment in 2020, escitolopram for this anxiety, but instead of helping me it made me hypomanic, it was stopped. Since then I am facing all kinds of issues like chest tightness, pain and worst is bloating and excessive farting. Last year I got diagnosed as bipolar, since 1 year I am taking this medicines, but no use, bcz I can't increase ssri as it destabilizes my mood. I am currently taking lithium 750 mg, lamotrigine 150 mg, escitalopram 15 mg, propranolol 40mg. How can I live next 30-40 years like this, especially bloating issues now I am completely isolated due to this. I am not able to understand what to do. Can ssri withdrawal lead to this, bcz i didn't have mood issue or physical symptoms before 2020.
