Hi From a therapy angle, we work on breaking the trigger-response loop: teaching your mind to pause before panic, recognise early body signs, and build micro-coping routines during work hours. You learn how to lower the internal pressure, stop perfectionistic thinking, and train your attention so that work doesn’t feel like a threat. With this approach, the medicine manages the intensity while therapy builds long-term control and confidence. Take therapy. You can connect with me on nine two six six seven two six zero six five.

Hello, Paxidep 12.5 (paroxetine CR) is an effective medicine for anxiety and work-related stress. Since your symptoms returned after stopping it for a year, it means your anxiety is recurrent, and you may need a longer maintenance period this time. Paxidep is generally safe for long-term use when monitored properly. Most patients take it for 6-12 months after improvement, and some need longer to prevent relapse.
Next Steps
1. Continue Paxidep 12.5 regularly for at least 6 months after you start feeling normal again. 2. Re-review with your psychiatrist in 4–6 weeks to see if the dose needs adjustment. 3. Do not stop suddenly- tapering is always required. 4. Combine the medication with stress-management techniques to reduce future relapses.
Health Tips
- Take the tablet at the same time daily. - Avoid skipping doses. For more queries, Reach out for an online or in-person consultation: 📞 NEURONAL FIX CLINIC, RAMPRASTHA COLONY, Ghaziabad, (near Shreshtha Vihar, Delhi)- +91- 74XX52XX97XX67XX61

There is no standard rule, but As long as you do not find relief, medicines could be taken with constant revision and changes in meds/dose etc. Side effects can be googled and you might have discussed with your dr as well. We generally prescribe when benefits outweigh the risk. When there’s no side effect, there’s not much to worry about. Having faith and patience during treatment is important for healing.
