So my grandmother has some condition like in one year of span on 10months she just calm and don't talk much and doesn't prefer meeting anybody or talking but 2 months she is just totally opposite in two months she just talk all days keep saying stuff even alone keeps talking bothering people's all the time she looks like she is high on alcohol doesn't even sleep properly just keep doing some works like puting cloth here and there, she even pees in the room in this 2 month so what's this condition how to treat it she is 80 year old my family used to say she just collect energy for 10 month and put it all out in 2 month I have never been much bother till now so I want treatment or any medication for her

After finishing the exams I'm not having proper sleep I don't why and during exams and study I was feeling peace and good sleep now I'm not having it like sleepy after waking up easily

For first time in lastJuly I suddenly felt a thumping in my chest, I saw my Pulse rate was 150.I went to ER and ECG said T have sinus tachycardia and HTN and ER Dr sent me home saying I am stressed,but after that I felt a piercing chest pain often at the left side of chest,trop t is -tive (24 hr later). I had my family physician checked me and found I have hypertension. he prescribed HTN pills,which I took over this year I had 5 ECGs done (whenever i had chest pain and felt dizzy, i do a ecg ) all reports came normal, my Ech(2d) report was normal, my ldl is 113 mg/dl , my hdl is 49 mg/l, my triglyceride is 106 mg /dl, my TSH and FT4 are in normal range, my CBC is also normal, my HBA1c and Estimated Average glucose is also normal .I have consulted 2 cardiologist and 3 MD general says I am fine but still l have these symptoms (seldom stabbing pain at left side ,heart palpitation, feels dizzy and sometimes have trouble breathin. i don't even know what is happening to me . HELP

Hello doctor I am on escitalopram 10mg from 10 june 2024 and my doctor increased my dosage on 11 October 2024 to 15mg because I am feeling anxiety and now again I am feeling anxiety from 6th Jan 2025. Is my body building tolerance to medicine or any other issue? I am student btech graduate and preparing for govt exam online from home and their is very good environment in my home and I am also happy with my studies. Doctor please suggest me what's the issue 🙏?

I have been dealing with anxiety, depression, and anger issues for the past 7-8 years. I was on the wrong medications for the last 6-7 years, and because of this, my depression and anxiety have increased (I feel). My current medications are working somewhat, but Unfortunately, the side effects of these medicines are causing severe challenges in my day-to-day life, making it hard to live better. I want to know if such side effects are common with all medications or if there are better alternatives available that can address my condition without causing intolerable side effects. The current side effects I am facing - are severe constipation, headache, sleep issues, and mild stomach ache. Please guide me on what steps I can take to manage my condition effectively.

Iam feeling  anxiety and pacing heart beat mostly whenever I go to bed at night . Some times at day time and some times it give feeling of frustration and irritability during anxiety, I used to smoke weed from last 5 years but I stopped it from last 10 days, What to do now and also I consulted a doctor but I didnt told about smoking weed. Doctor gave me some medicine and it suppressed my pacing heart but still I feel anxiety and irritation and iam losing my sleep during night from 2 days

Can I take Vortioxetine with l theanine and magnesium glycinate supplement or is There any interaction

I already had depression and adhd I was prescribed many ssri and methylphenidate but both didn't work. Atomoxetine caused my urine retention to stop for some time. Now I am taking Vortioxetine, Want to know Vortioxetine and Atomoxetine safe to take together? I am planning to ask Atomoxetine to my doctor

Can I know if I can get a prescription through a psychiatrist for anxiety that I can show in a nearby medical shop and purchase it? I need a prescription based on my anxiety and want to know the intake of the medications.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, a lady 30 years of age always thinking of old memories which are usually not a big matter and unable to concentrate and even slow in responding to questions as well. Previously she used to worry so much for each and every thing and  she was a bit scared and then I have contacted one doctor one year ago and she was prescribed Oleanz Plus (Olanzapine 5 mg + fluxotine 20mg ) and she first time used it for 2 months and stopped then she was perfectly well . Later again after one year or so,  she was feeling anxious and worried for small unnecessary things like saying for eg i have said no to my friends when they ask me change room in hostel I would not have done that like that etc.She has thyroid issues and was using medication thyroxine  50mcg daily mrng . can thyroxine taken morning and oleanz plus mentioned  taken at night be a problem ? or trembling in hands, sleeplessness, slow response etc just signs of thyroid rather than any mental illness?
