If a patient starts with 5 mg on January 1st, increases to 10 mg on January 10th, and then increases to 20 mg on January 20th, when should the patient typically expect to see the full therapeutic benefits of the medication? Would the full effects typically be felt in January, February, March, or April, considering the dosage adjustments? I am unsure of the timeline and would appreciate your professional guidance on when to expect the full benefits.

Before Marriage, I am Patient of OCD and Clinical Depression, Also Taking Medicine for 5 Years than Tappered and Close. After 3 year of Marriage, Living with Excessive Marital Issue, I Feel Again Suicidal-Depression,But No OCD. Should I Restart Same Medicine By Psychiatrist Prescription? Or Need Adding Other Medicine to Cop with Marital Depression?

During my first reading iam very anxious and nervous that shows high after that iam very free second and third reading shows very normal. Which reading should be accurate? 1 reading 143/76 2 reading 120/70 3 reading 120/68. Pls suggest. Regards.

My grandmother is around 80 years old She says she saw some people in house (some imaginary family (mainly a son and his mother)) She never listens that there is noone Also whenever she start talking about random things she didn't stop, even blame my mother by saying that she make non vegetarian food in our kitchen(because the imaginary ones says to do so) which can't be possible because in our family not a single person eat egg. She has diabetes and some little bp issues Which her meds are going on Also my grandfather died last month after that her things are getting too much If we try to make her understand she didn't listen at all even start talking to those random people{generally fight with them} (which she things there are because whenever she listen a random sound from somthing she things that's them (imaginary family)). We are frustrated because of that and also while talking she crosses the limits.

My father (65 years) is undergoing anxiety treatment since Nov 2024. He was prescribed Nexito 10 followed by Nexito Forte at night and Etilaam for a month. He was feeling much better at this point and all his anxiety related symptoms had gone. 3 weeks back, on his review visit with doctor, he was taken off Etilaam and prescribed Nexito LS, likely tapering off. After starting Nexito LS, he initially started feeling dizzy and now since the past week, his head is spinning. Is this expected from this treatment and is it normal? What is causing this uneasiness? He is otherwise fit and takes blood pressure medications on a daily basis. Non-diabetic and healthy diet. Please advise. Thanks
